Welcomed guests from Paris, France, and the Canary Islands, Spain.
It was their last day staying in Japan.
For a guest who does not like bonito (fish), instructors suggested broth using dried shiitake mushrooms. “The flavor was excellent and really elevated all the dishes.”🍄
Of course, the guests’ cooking skills were also outstanding. Everyone enjoyed the meal, almost finished everything😍
