Welcomed guests from Bordeaux, France, and New Zealand.
Everyone was very interested in cooking, listening carefully to each step and actively participating in the preparation. They were a bit hesitant about yamaimo (Japanese mountain yam) at first, but once they tried it, they found it delicious!
Everybody in two groups was fun and lively personalities, making the class enjoyable.
They finished thier plates! Instructores were very happy to see that.
