Welcomed guests from the USA, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and Belgium.
As we reached the middle of October, the weather started to feel more like autumn. Perhaps because of the cooler temperatures, our Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki classes, where we cook on a hot griddle, were especially popular!
The autumn leaves in Tokyo haven’t changed color yet, but we’re looking forward to seeing beautiful fall colors in November.
Autumn is also a wonderful season for “FOOD” in Japan! Sweet potatoes, chestnuts, autumn salmon, and comforting Japanese hot pot dishes are just some of the seasonal delights.
For those visiting Japan in the coming weeks, there’s so much delicious autumn food waiting to be discovered!
