Welcomed guests from the USA and Switzerland.
The lesson was all about making traditional Japanese-syle rolled sushi (Futomaki) and some side dishes. Each guest carefully prepared the ingredients from scratch, step by step.
Since everyone eat raw fish, we also included fatty tuna (toro) in the rolls !!🐟
From start to finish, they worked with great enthusiasm.
Everyone finished what they made — a clean plate all around! 🍣✨
