Welcomed guests from Belgium and Germany.
This time, we cooked different menus for each group. We also made tonjiru (pork miso soup) for the first time in a while. As winter approaches, tonjiru is the perfect dish to warm the body🔥
The fried chicken (karaage) was also very popular.
We carefully prepared each item, including the rolled sushi (makizushi), one by one which has manu steps till we complete.. 😮
