October has arrived with cooler, more comfortable weather and fewer rainy days.
We welcomed guests from Belgium, the USA, Spain, Italy, and Israel.
We usually make a lot of okonomiyaki, but the week we had quite a variety of menus! Autumn salmon is also coming into its best season. It is especially delicious at this time of year, with a rich flavor and tender texture.
We hope everyone enjoyed not only the cooking, but also the time spent chatting, sharing stories.
