We cooked vegetarian menus: salad, maki(rolled-) sushi, teriyaki tofu balls, and miso soup🍱.
We carefully made each sushi fillings one by one together✨ In Japanese cuisine, dried shiitake mushrooms truly play an important role. We, of course, used them for one of Sushi Roll fillings.
Everyone dediceted to the class well and each roll turned out beautifully🎉
They ate a lot their dishes.
