We made quick-pickled cucumbers (Cucumber season is almost over, but due to the warmer climate, we can still enjoy delicious ones), gyoza, takoyaki, and more🥒🥟.
Japanese cooking involves so many delicate steps👀 — at first everyone struggled a bit, but with a little practice, they all became quite skilled at making gyoza, takoyaki, and cucumber pickles.
It was also fun sharing stories and interesting stories about each other’s travels and the places we live, which made the time together even more enjoyable😊
