We started by enjoying “OSECHI dishes(New Year’s Dishes) as appetizers before beginning the cooking session🍱

Everyone was already familiar with sushi, as they can enjoy it in their home countries as well✨

(The UK group requested no raw fish, while the US group included one roll with raw fish🐟)

Everyone worked very hard and stayed fully engaged from start to finish.

The sushi may be much different with one in other countiries but, hope that everyone enjoy making Japanese styled rolled Sushi.
