For the menu, we made maki-sushi(rolled sushi).
They are very positive and open to trying any Japanese ingredients and foods.
Japanese cooking can be quite subtle and detail-oriented, with many careful steps, but despite the jet lag, they worked through everything with great effort.
Ended the class by raising a toast with the sushi we made — cheers! 😊
