They are visiting Japan for a short one-week stay, but it seems they have already enjoyed many delicious Japanese dishes during their trip.

They had actually tried nagaimo (Japanese mountain yam), which is used in okonomiyaki, two days before the class. At the time, they weren’t sure what it was, but when they tasted it again in the class, they recognized it clearly.

Even though they walked a lot during the day, they still came to the cooking class in the evening as scheduled—thank you so much!
