Welcomed guests from Canada and the USA.
We prepared two types of menus to accommodate both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. While sushi was, of course, a highlight, the teriyaki tofu burger was also very popular.
Cooking classes always go better with great teamwork. Everyone got along so well and showed great passion for Japanese cuisine—it truly made for a wonderful and memorable class♪
