Welcomed guests from Canada and the USA.
That day was Okonomiyaki course. Some members of the group had never tried Okonomiyaki before, so they joined the class with great curiosity and interest😮
We, instructors, also introduced ingredients that are commonly enjoyed in Japan, and were happy that everyone could experience authentic unique flavors and textures❤️
This time, we also had enough time to carefully make miso soup together.
