They’re on a 20-day summer adventure in Japan and are really diving into the culture — yesterday they joined a samurai lesson, and after today’s class, they planned to explore Shinjuku Gyoen Park 🌿
Today’s menu: Ramen from scratch! 🍜
Making the noodles by hand takes time and a lots of effort, but they completed every step with determination — and the result was amazing!
We also made gyoza 🥟, and of course… everything was completely finished!
