They came to our cooking class upon arriving in Tokyo — but they were still full of energy😮🔥
They also tried making takoyaki in the Kansai(Osaka). Takoyaki is delicious to eat, but making them is more fun💫
In this class, we made rolled sushi, sesame-dressed vegetables (goma-ae), teriyaki Chicken, and miso soup from scratch using dashi.
The sesame they ground themselves had wonderful aroma, and they prepared all the sushi fillings by hand👏
They cooked everything very skillfully and smooth.
We were happy to see them enjoy the food so much.
May this class be ond of their good memories in Tokyo.
