Their Tornado Cucumber skills were incredibly impressive — the instructor was amazed!😮

They sometimes use katsuobushi (bonito flakes) at home, and they have a great knowledge of Japanese ingredients.

Since Georgia is inland and it’s difficult to find fresh fish there, they chose this class to make dishes that can be made at home using other ingredients, instead of the sushi class.
