Even though the class started early in the day, everyone gathered together—thank you so much! Everyone is so friendly and social, which made the class even more enjoyable.
Today’s dashi turned out especially nice, with a generous amount of bonito flakes. That’s the perfect flavor for okonomiyaki
They each made their own okonomiyaki. They also enjoyed the side dishes and happily ate a lot!
