After spending three weeks in Japan, with only two days left before heading home, they joined our cooking class.
They’ve enjoyed many wonderful experiences, but cooking was the one thing they hadn’t tried yet.
Their favorite food experience in Japan was a sushi restaurant in Kyoto, where each piece was served one by one and eaten by hand — something they found very unique.
I hope they’ll make today’s dishes again once they return home! 🍳
