Welcomed guests from Mexico, Denmark, and the UK.
Although the ingredients and cooking styles are very different in each of their countries, everyone enjoyed the differences and joined the class with great enthusiasm.
They were quite surprised by Japanese yam—despite its unusual appearance, the taste is actually very simple.
They also did a great job making okonomiyaki after watching the instructor’s demonstration.
