The mother had lived in Tokyo about 60 years ago. She said Tokyo has changed so much since then. Back in those days there were no skyscrapers, and Tokyo Tower stood out as by far the tallest structure.
Hearing personal stories like this from guests is one of the things that makes hosting this class so special.
Today they were especially looking forward to making gyoza🥟 Japanese cooking often involves many detailed steps, but they enjoyed every part of the process and happily ate a lot of the dishes we made together.
