One of them had lived in Japan for five years and spoke Japanese very well.

Since everyone had different food preferences, we prepared both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Surprisingly, one of the biggest hits was takuan (pickled daikon radish), along with our teriyaki tofu burger steak. We were especially happy because takuan is a traditional Japanese food we really wanted them to discover, and we also wanted to show them that Japan has a wide variety of delicious dishes made with tofu.
Everyone did great job on making their each plate🎉
