Nanohana(Rapeseed Blossoms) Dish

Welcomed guests from the UK -a very bright and fun family!

We used Nanohana (rapeseed blossoms), a seasonal spring vegetable. Their daughter loves cooking and prepared the dishes together with her mom and dad, while the father took lots of pictures of them.

Japanese cuisine is quite unique, but we were so happy to see them enjoy each of cooking process.
