Welcomed guests from Scotland, France, and Australia.
They also learned about unique Japanese ingredients and how to make dashi (Japanese soup stock).
The katsuobushi broth had mixed reactions—some loved it, some found it too strong 😄
But We were happy they could experience the authentic Japanese dish.

When tasted on its own, the dashi can be quite strong, but once added to the dishes, it created a nice harmony, and everyone enjoyed the meal✨

It turned out to be a warm and friendly lunch.
