Welcomed a family from Australia.
Today, we cooked cuisines mainly their requested menus.
It is winter in Australia now, and they seem to be surprised “so hot” in Japan in this season😮
I was worried a bit that the dishes match to their favor, but I was relieved to hear that they were saying each other “Yum!! so delicious !!” 🥰
For Pickles, I intentionally made them less salty and mzximaized the flavor of Dashi Soup Stock. And they ate them all up!🥒

今日は彼らの、リクエストメニューを中心に作りました。
オーストラリアは今は冬で、日本の暑さに驚いているようですね。
お料理がお口に合うかなと心配してましたが、とっても美味しいと、言っているのが聞こえてきて、安心しました😊
漬物も少し、塩分控えめの、出汁の味を最大限に生かせるように仕上げてみした。なんと、完食!!🥒
