Welcomed guests from the USA.
Everyone was very cooperative and actively participated in the cooking.
When it came to making “sushi-vinegared-rice”, they poured the sushi vinegar over the rice and mixed it with a rice paddle.
They could clearly feel how the texture of the rice changed as they mixed it😮
They also asked many questions to instructors. We are always happy to answer any questions about cooking from guests.
May this class be good momory for them.
