The most enjoyable part of their trip to Japan for them is JP food.
They really enjoed the dashi taste which an instructor AKi and they made from scratch.
It was their first time making gyoza, and although they struggled a bit at first, they quickly improved and ended up making delicious Gyoza dumplings.
