They are so cheerful and lovely mom and daughter, and absolutely love Japanese food!

Even with their tight schedule in Japan, they made time to join our cooking class — I truly appreciate it.

In just two hours, they completed dashi, goma-ae(sesame dressing), tamagoyaki(rolled egg), fish-dish, meat with sukiyaki-style sauce, miso soup, and onigiri🍙🥰

They did great job with everything, but especially impressed by how perfectly they shaped their onigiri into “triangles” — that was a special moment!❤️💯
