A couple are visiting Japan to see the Ladies’ brother, who is working here in Tokyo.
As he has been enjoying Japanese cuisine regularly, he nodded with a smile when tasting the dashi(soup stock), as if to say, “Yes, this is the flavor!”🎉
The three of them have such a warm and pleasant presence😊
They also learned how to cut tofu in a traditional Japanese way.
Since many Japanese ingredients are available in New York, we hope they’ll make these dishes again at home!
