This Assorted Dishes menu includes rice, miso soup, two main dishes, and 2 sides.

Everyone enjoyed tasting a little bit of everything and even tried some new ingredients like tarako (salted cod roe) for the first time🍙
For the onigiri, we used plastic wrap to shape the triangles, and it worked perfectly — everyone made such neat and beautiful rice balls!😊💯

The wagyu beef dish was a big favorite — completely finished all around. 🥢
It was much fun to cook together, prepare many dishes, and see everyone enjoy every bite.

I hope that when they back home, they’ll remember this class and try making some of these Japanese dishes again in their kitchens.❤️
