Welcomed guests from Spain and USA.
Everyone was very cheerful and energetic. and they joined our Okonomiyaki class🎉
We used freshly shaved special bonito flakes.So, the soup stock came int o richer and deeper flavor.
Okonomiyaki can be made not only with pork, but also with seafood or other ingredients you like, so I hope that they making it at home too.
Japanese cuisine is quite unique, but I’m glad we enjoy cooking together.
