They make Japaee dish at home, like “tonkatsu,” a popular Japanese-Western style dish🥰

During the class, an instructor also explained about the different types of miso.
They were surprised to learn how many varieties of miso there are in Japan, as in France, the selection is quite limited.

Guests and an instructor decorated the plates with shiso leaves and nandina leaves, and created beautiful lunch together.
