The French team, two families” are traveling together and the USA team had just visited the Osaka Expo — they told it’s definitely worth going!

That day, instructors also had them try spinach stems cut with a cross incision😮

Their plating was incredibly creative — one of them even made an Eiffel Tower out of sushi!😍
Instructors are always so inspired by our guests and learn so much from them.
