Rolled Sushi Making

Welcomed guests from Spain and the Netherlands.

Since everyone was comforatble with raw fish, we used qualified tuna for the maki sushi this time.

From making dashi and side dishes, to preparing sushi rice and rolling their own sushi — there were many things to do, but everyone worked hard and did it through to the end. And they ate it all with great appetite! 🍣✨

Japanese cooking methods and ingredients are quite unique, but we hope this experience became a chance to connect with Japanese culture through food😊

It was great joy for all of us instructors to spend time with you.
